It will provide an overview of the role of a consultant, the different types of consulting and industries, as well as the methodologies used in consulting. Ethical considerations in consulting will also be discussed, and participants will be exposed to real-life case studies and examples to apply their learnings.

It will cover techniques for identifying problems, developing problem statements and hypotheses, collecting and analysing data, conducting root cause analysis, and communicating findings to clients. Participants will learn how to approach complex problems and develop a structured process for analysis.

It will cover creative problem-solving techniques, brainstorming and idea generation, developing recommendations and solutions, evaluating feasibility and risks, and implementing solutions and measuring success. Participants will develop practical skills to propose effective solutions that meet the needs of their clients.

It will cover effective communication strategies, building rapport with clients, active listening and questioning techniques, giving and receiving feedback, and presenting findings and recommendations. These skills are essential for building trust with clients and delivering effective recommendations.

It will provide an overview of project management, developing project plans and timelines, managing project teams and stakeholders, managing project risks and issues, and project closure and evaluation. Participants will learn how to effectively manage projects and deliver results within budget and on time.
